Hot Air Balloon Chandelier Vintage, Circa 1950
Discovered in the South of France, this enchanting vintage chandelier captures the effortless romance of a French country home. Its graceful basket silhouette is wrapped in cascading strands of hand-strung glass beads, while faceted crystal pendants catch the light from every angle, creating the soft sparkle that makes antique European lighting so captivating.
Four gracefully curved candle arms extend from the central basket, each finished with sculptural flower-shaped bobeches and ivory candle sleeves. The warm gilt iron frame has developed a beautifully mellow patina over the decades, adding depth and character that simply cannot be replicated.
